Writing your own Poem

Please click on the Discussions tab (with the speech bubble on it) and then select 'New Post'.

Call it what you like (for example, Ewan's Writing Log) and click on save.

This should be an honest reflection on your learning of poetic techniques so far.

Think about:

• How well you think you've understood them.
• What you liked about them.
• Your favourite technique to use.
• How you found writing your own poem, using the poetic techniques.
• How well you've understood things such as narrative voice and word choice.

• What you've done well when writing poetry.
• What you would like to work on for next time.
